Meet Laurie Davis and her crew that calls the Davis Haus home. What started out as a passion hobby for Laurie, has turned into quite a bit more. Thankfully Laurie’s family doesn’t mind a busy flour filled kitchen because Laurie has gone from baking cakes, cupcakes and cookies for family and friends, to creating custom baked goods for businesses and individuals all over Northwest Arkansas.

In just a few short years Laurie has gone from hobbyist to pro; pouring her heart into her creations. Laurie’s hard work has not gone unnoticed. The Davis Haus has been acknowledged by the NW Arkansas community as one of “The Best Of Northwest Arkansas” earning the silver award for best bakery and the bronze award for the best dessert in 2019 by the Northwest Arkansas Democrat Gazette.

When Laurie isn’t baking delicious desserts you will find her at one of her son’s many sporting events, or flying out to the College of Charleston to watch her daughter’s track meets. She is thankful for her “cookie side gig” as it provides a creative outlet and countless smiles from customers to brighten her days!
